Ingredients:
Kambu/bajra – 1 cup Idly Rice – 1/4 cup Whole Urad dal – 1/4 cup Fenugreek seeds – 1 tsp Salt as required
Method:
Wash and soak all the ingredients together for 4 to 5 hours.Grind it to a smooth batter adding water when needed. Add salt and mix well. Allow it to ferment for 5-6 hours.
Heat a Dosa pan and pour a laddle of the batter and move it ina circular movement to make these healthy dosa’s.
