Sprouted Jave / Emmer / Samba Wheat Flour

Jave Godhi/Emmer Wheat/Samba is one of the oldest wheat varieties cultivated in India.
We are fortunate enough to get the flour directly from farmers who grows it using natural farming methods and is sprouted and dried before powdering. Sprouted wheat has more benefits than normal wheat flour as it has more prana too.
